The two workshops include a mix of information and skills-based content designed to promote the wellbeing of both parent and baby, and to support the parent-infant relationship.
Each 1hr 30min workshop focuses on one of the following:
- Sleep for 2: My Baby and Me
Learn more about the differences between adult sleep and baby sleep, and explore ways to optimise resting time. Be supported with planning small, individual goals.
- Being Us: Finding My Way with My Baby
Focusing on bonding with baby and low mood/depression, this workshop offers information and ideas about how to develop your relationship with baby, whilst also supporting your mood. Be supported with planning small, individual goals.
The workshops are run monthly via Microsoft Teams and you can attend just one session or both alongside any other therapy sessions you may be having with us.
